If you love sushi but hate having to choose just one roll, MASA is your place.
We're an all-you-can-eat restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City where every plate is made fresh to order.
No more buffet trays sitting under a heat lamp situation, and definitely no sad rolls that has been sitting under the grocery fluorescents since Monday morning.
Here's how it works: choose from a la carte or all you can eat mode, sit down, browse the menu tablet at your table, and send your order straight to the kitchen. Want to swap out an ingredient? Extra sauce? Less spice? Just type it in the note box for the chef! Give them a few minutes to craft your dish, and you can keep ordering rounds as long as you're hungry. Every guest can send in 3 items per 5 minutes, so order according to your appetite!
💲Our weekday limited lunch special is 18.99 per adult, while full menu pricing is 29.99 [this includes sashimi and all the specialty rolls]

🪅 Feel free to inquire about renting out the space for a private party, catering bento boxes, or third-space needs for events! We want to build community at the same time as feeding the students and workers of Salt Lake great tasting food at a reasonable price, so both your wallet and everyone's stomach is happy :)
One small ask: order what you can finish. We charge a fee for large portions left unfinished: it keeps quality high, waste low, and honestly just feels like the right way to run a restaurant. (And to our regulars who always order accordingly and finish their plates: thank you sincerely for helping us cut down unnecessary food waste!)
Our menu regularly sees updates such as seasonal drinks and seafood specials, and our chefs aim to include gluten-free rolls and crunchy options for vegetarians, kid-friendly bites such as tempura appetizers, chicken nuggets and fries. And for that one person in your group who doesn't really like sushi, they can choose from a wide variety of hot entrees from the kitchen such as dumplings, gyoza, stir fried rice or noodles, ramen, broccoli beef, crispy sesame chicken, and don't forget desserts!
